Job Title :Customer Complaint Specialist - Solar Module Manufacturing
Job Overview :
The Customer Complaint Specialist will handle and resolve product-related complaints in the solar module manufacturing sector, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Support : Manage complaints, communicate with customers, and provide timely resolutions for solar module defects or performance issues.
Root Cause Analysis : Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve product issues.
Corrective Actions : Develop corrective and preventive action plans to prevent future complaints.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of complaints and resolution processes.
Continuous Improvement : Suggest process improvements to reduce product defects.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy preferred).
• Solar EPC Experience person is preferable.
• 3-5 years in the solar energy sector, preferably in quality assurance or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
