• Create and implement growth campaigns using Customer Engagement Platform for channels like email, SMS, Mobile push notification, in-apps etc.
• Assess and evaluate campaign performance and report insights periodically.
• Create and schedule promotional in-app banners and offers in CRM tool across functions.
• Work closely with the creative and design team to get the creative assets as per business requirement.
• Maintain internal business trackers for periodic evaluation.
Primary Skills
• Able to execute campaign responsibilities with a detailed understanding of business requirements, objectives, and priorities.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated success in executing compelling communications programs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of email automation and customer relationship management systems a plus (examples: MoEngage, CleverTap etc.)
• HTML knowledge is a plus
Education
• UG: Any Graduate
• PG: Post Graduation Not Required
• Key Skills: 2+ years' experience in Customer Engagement Platform
