Position: Customer Care Executive
Job Location: Shimla (Kasumpti)
Minimum Qualification: Graduation (preferred)

•Fluency in spoken English is a big plus
The customer care executive is responsible for making verification calls and quality checks to ensure the process flow in accordance with the requirements and guidelines set by the client.
Note: Our process is not a sales process.
Job Role:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
• Ensure process flow and quality in accordance with the requirements of the client
• Understand the job expectations and the quality measurement for performance evaluation
Job Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Update customer information within our customer service database for effective communication and reporting
Key Skills:
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Active listening

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
