Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through outbound calls and emails to businesses in the USA. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proven ability to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to businesses in the USA to generate high-quality leads.
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients through thorough research and data collection.
• Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospects in a clear and compelling manner.
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
• Keep accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and objections professionally.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling emails.
