Job Description

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers. 2. Problem-Solving: Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Investigate and troubleshoot issues raised by customers. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary. 3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. Prepare reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and service trends. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to resolve customer issues. Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and customer satisfaction metrics. 5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.

Pay: ?9,166.12 - ?24,102.40 per month
