• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, providing guidance and support.
• Address customer queries and complaints, offering effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Offer personalized advice based on customer needs and assist with product or service-related decisions.
• Educate customers about products, services, and self-service options to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
