Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our
customers, responsible for delivering exceptional support and resolving issues related
to food delivery, orders, payments, and more. You ll work closely with our operations,
restaurant partners, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:
1. It will be rotational Day shifts
2. Candidates for Mumbai location- Fluency must in English, Hindi,
3. Candidates for Hyderabad -Fluency must in Kannada
4. Candidates for Chennai -Fluency must in Malayalam
3. No Regular Pursing Candidates.
4. Candidates should have 10, 12 board memos mandatorily.
