Weekly Offs (Fixed or Flexible) & Working Hours 4 monthly off according to roaster Gender preference if any None Professional and Educational Skills Needed o Senior Secondary school or equivalent o Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or air hostess training o Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant or similar environment o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment o Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays o Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service o Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Day to Day Responsibilities o Greet customers and offer them menus and beverages o Take orders and deliver food and drinks to customers o Answer phone calls and provide information about our cafe services and operating hours o Assist with reservations and special requests o Comply with all safety and sanitation standards and procedures o Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and courteous manner o Support other staff members as needed o Ability to learn making coffee, mocktails, etc English Speaking Needed on the scale of 10 (10 being the highest) Yes 7/10 Interview Mode Personal
