We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our growing team at BR Ceramics. In this role, you will interact with customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for calling leads, answering inbound calls, and providing information in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle incoming calls and proactively call leads to discuss BR Ceramics products and services.
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with Team members
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Document customer interactions, process orders, and update accounts in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on BR Ceramics' products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance.
• Follow-up on delegated Task with all internal Team members.
• Coordination with all Departments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or in leads calling is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and basic written) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Preferred-knowledge of using (software, e.g., CRM systems, MS Office].
• High school diploma or equivalent ( Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
