We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess good communication & conversation skills in Hindi & English . Should have a creative mindset, ensuring all customer inquiries and service requirements are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide Product/Service Information: Offer detailed and clear information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
3. Manage Communications: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound messages and calls to ensure effective communication with customers.
4. Handle Multiple Interactions: Juggle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring each customer receives attention and assistance.
5. Maintain Customer Records: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system to maintain detailed records.
6. Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
7. Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge on products, services, and industry trends to provide the best support to customers. Provide Product/Service Information: Offer detailed and clear information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in database management and MS Office suite.
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,500.00 per month
