Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ecommerce Customer Care Representative at House Of EM5 in Indore.
•Assist Customers: Provide top-notch support via email, phone, and live chat for e-commerce-related inquiries.
•Order Support: Help customers with order status, tracking, returns, exchanges, and product information.
•Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
•Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings to accurately guide customers and make recommendations.
•Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback in the system for follow-up and improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
•Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
•Customer-Oriented: Empathetic and solution-focused approach to resolving issues.
•E-Commerce Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce customer service is a plus but not required.
•Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with online platforms, order management systems, and communication tools.
•Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and manage high-volume queries in a fast-paced environment.
