Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Assist in creating and updating email templates and FAQs.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using email systems and customer service software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
