Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Specialist / Customer Care Executive for our company Webvio Technologies Pvt Ltd at Rajarhat, Kolkata.This is a US Inbound Ticketing Process Candidate have to take 15 to 30 inbound calls in a day only and book flight tickets and train tickets for US customers as per their requirements and resolve their quires .Need Candidates with Good communication skills and minimum6 months - 2 years of experience in any International BPO
- Working days: 24 days working days in a month , 6 week offs, 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave , 15 compensatory off for a year .
- Shifts: US night shift , Fixed shift with Roster off
- Incentive : UP to 4 lacs in a month ( Average incentive 30 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary
- Salary : 18k-28k ( No deduction on salary)
- Training : 30 days Fully paid training will be provided
