Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
Manage and maintain strong client relationships through regular touchpoints and meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist in the preparation and management of client documentation and reports.
Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
Monitor client feedback and work proactively to improve services and processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company services to effectively address client needs.
