Customer Care Manager
  • CCM is responsible for implementation of customer care activities such as Post-Service Follow-up, complaints tracking and updating of complaints, etc.
  • Front office upkeep, customer receiving area cleanliness.
  • Ensure feedback from customers through cards and actions on dissatisfied customers.
  • Complaints tracking and pending complaints reports.
  • Complaints resolution compliance as per system.
  • Organizing customer meets.
  • Ensuring customer feedback during checkup camps.
Qualification: Any DegreeExperience: Min 1 year in the same field (Automobile experience is an added advantage)Salary: 14000 to 20000 (As per experience) + (Incentives as per performance)Location: Kolenchery and KoothattukulamJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:
