Customer Care Manager CCM is responsible for implementation of customer care activities such as Post-Service Follow-up, complaints tracking and updating of complaints, etc. Front office upkeep, customer receiving area cleanliness. Ensure feedback from customers through cards and actions on dissatisfied customers. Complaints tracking and pending complaints reports. Complaints resolution compliance as per system. Organizing customer meets. Ensuring customer feedback during checkup camps. Qualification: Any Degree Experience: Min 1 year in the same field (Automobile experience will be an added advantage) Salary: 15000 to 20000 (As per experience) + Incentives (As per performance) Location: Kolenchery Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Benefits:
