Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in responding to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Provide product/service information to customers. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues. Support in creating FAQs and help desk documentation. Gather customer feedback and suggest process improvements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick resolution of issues. Assist in processing orders, refunds, and returns (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus. A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
