Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between our company and its current and potential customers, assisting with inquiries, complaints, product/service information, and general support. The primary goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, aiming for firstcontact resolution.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels.
Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
UG
Min 6 months of experience in customer care or telecalling preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, even in challenging situations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
