• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Generate sales leads(talk on new or existing leads, and try to fix meetings with clients)
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents(maintain excel sheet)

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• FEMALES ARE PREFFERED
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• should know how to work on excel, have excellent communication skills in hindi and english.
