Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
• Issue Resolution: Provide solutions to customer problems, ensuring quick resolution of complaints and inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to assist customers accurately.
• Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, exchanges, and managing delivery issues.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering top-notch service.
• Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve issues promptly.
• Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues and escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.
