Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns,
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential customers and targeted sectors.
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
Prepare relevant content like presentations, proposal documents, posters, flyers etc.
2. Operations Support:
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage client relationships, follow-ups, updating operational boards.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide timely responses to queries.
- Maintain customer databases and assist in executing customer retention strategies.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate between marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Help in aligning marketing efforts with operational capabilities for optimal results.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operations management and supply chain processes.
- Analytical mind-set with problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
- 1 year of experience in marketing and/or operations roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
