• Deliver service that meets our quality standards.
• Accurately record customer interactions in our system.
• Collect and document customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous customer service experience, especially in international settings.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
