Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally to customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services, efficiently resolving customer issues.
• Collaborate with various teams to promptly address and resolve concerns.
• Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and company policies.
• Deliver service that meets our quality standards.
• Accurately record customer interactions in our system.
• Collect and document customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous customer service experience, especially in international settings.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
