Responsibilities:
• Professionally respond to customer calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide customers with product and service information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with different teams to address and solve problems promptly.
• Stay updated on our products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain high-quality service in line with our standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our system.
• Collect and record customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in international settings.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
