Job Description

Skillset:

• Communication Skills: The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. This includes clear pronunciation, proper grammar usage, and no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI) issues.
• Voice and Accent: The candidate's voice and accent should be clear and easily understandable while speaking both Hindi_ and English_. This ensures effective communication with customers.
• Assessment:
• Must achieve Versant Level 4, indicating strong spoken skills.
• Well versed with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Power-point, etc).
• Education: The candidate should be a graduate from any field, showcasing a broad knowledge base and the ability to handle diverse customer issues.
• Experience Level: Open to fresher's or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a BPO or any Customer Support role. Preference will be given to those with relevant experience.
• Compensation: The position offers competitive salary, reflecting the value of skilled communicators in customer support roles. To be discussed after Interview.

Work Hours: 9 hours shift which includes 1 hour break (Morning Shift ONLY)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: The primary responsibility is to resolve issues and queries of customers via phone calls, emails & WhatsApp. This involves listening to customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a satisfactory resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinating with vendors & suppliers for smooth work flow.

Laptop Configuration (People with the below device can apply for this Job):

• RAM: The laptop should have 6-8 GB of RAM to handle multiple applications and tasks efficiently.
• Operating System: Windows 10 or higher is required to ensure compatibility with necessary software and tools.
• Storage: A minimum of 128 GB storage is required to store essential data and applications.
• Internet Connectivity: A stable broadband connection with a minimum speed of 100 MBPS is necessary for seamless operations. Mobile hotspots are not acceptable to ensure consistent connectivity.
• SIM Card: Company SIM card with required mobile plan will be provided upon joining.
