Job Profile: Customer Care Executive (WFO, Voice, Chat)
Job Location : Mohali, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai
Job Mode : Work from office
Shift TIming : Rotational , 9 am to 5 pm, 11 pm to 8:30 am
Salary : Rs 17000 - 32000 Per Month ( Annual 2,04,000 to 3,84,000)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. This role is ideal for freshers with sales outbound experience and a strong calling profile.Eligibility

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
  • Strong understanding of Adobe software products and tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical information clearly
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good Written & Verbal communication in English/Hindi.
