Job Responsibilities:
• Call junk, lost, and non-responding leads to re-engage and identify potential opportunities.
• Make 60-80 calls daily to maximize lead coverage.
• Identify prospective clients and schedule meetings with sales consultants.
• Update and maintain records in Zoho CRM for all interactions.
• Work towards daily and weekly call and lead engagement targets.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in telecalling or lead generation.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead management.
