Key Responsibilities :
• Customer Support :
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Problem Resolution :
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Data Management :
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure all customer information is up-to-date and handled with confidentiality.
• Service Excellence :
• Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations in every interaction.
• Offer personalized solutions and build rapport with customers.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with other team members and departments to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
