Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
3. Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and transparent manner.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
5. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and interactions into our CRM system.
6. Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and procedures to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
7. Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
2. Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
4. Language: Fluency in Hindi & English; additional languages a plus.
5. Availability: Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays .
6. Shift Timing: 24•7 Shifts timings (1 Rotational week off)

Pay: ?10,500.00 - ?11,500.00 per month
