Job Description

A Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and products.

Requirement-

English, Hindi, Odia, Bengali, Assamese,

-Good and Strong Communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
