• •Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers needs are satisfied.•
• •Be proactive and take initiatives to explore and learn about the product•

Must have knowledge of Excel and word

Have to solve queries

Good communication in English, Hindi & Bengali

Location-Salt Lake sec-V (Webel More)

Day Shift :

9.00 am to 6.00 pm

9.30 am to 6.30 pm

10.00 am to 7.00 pm

Experience: Minimum 1 Year Experience in BPO
