Job Profile
The Customer and HR Support Executive will play a dual role, combining responsibilities in human resources and student relationship management. This position is part-time for HR duties and primarily focused on maintaining positive relationships with students and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The role is entirely office-based.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Responsibilities (Partial Duties)
a. Manage basic HR formalities such as attendance, leave records, and documentation.
b. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
c. Address employee queries and ensure compliance with company policies.
2. Customer/Student Relationship Management
a. Regularly call students to gather reviews and feedback on their experience.
b. Act as a liaison between students and the management team for resolving issues.
c. Identify and escalate key concerns or suggestions from students to appropriate departments.
3. Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks
a. Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
b. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
c. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and HR activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Language proficiency in English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus but not mandatory).
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Friendly and professional demeanour while dealing with students and staff.
