Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. This role primarily involves providing exceptional customer service through voice and blended communication channels. As a Customer Support Representative, you will interact with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Must Have Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?7,000.00 per month
