Customer Care Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive for our Kolkata location. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Assamese and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate should be patient, empathetic, and capable of managing high call volumes efficiently. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
