Customer Care Executive
Job Description
Customer Service: Provide accurate information about products and services, answer customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products and services.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to build long-term relationships.
Coordination: Coordinating with both parties, Shop Master and customers to resolve an issue.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
