Customer Care Executive
Job Description
It is a domestic outbound process. The candidate needs to be fairly good in english communication . The two rotational shifts are 9 am-6pm and 12pm-9pm. There are no night shifts. There is no cold calling involved. The candidate needs to call the already interested customers who fill up form on our website and confirm if they are interested in taking our service for a nominal fee. The in hand salary of Rs 13000 is fixed every month and not dependent on target. But on achieving targets, there are additional weekly and monthly incentives as well. which can even extend upto 20% of salary.
