As a Customer Care Executive (CCE), you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products or services. Your goal will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Must have skills:
• Minimum 6 month experience in calling or customer handling (Telecaller)
• Good communication skill
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic idea on email drafting
• Must be fluent in at least Bengali and Hindi
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Guiding customers throughout their purchase journey
• Understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
• Handling customer grievances.
• Efficient event planning with customers.
