We are seeking a proactive and articulate Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following call scripts, and promoting our services. The Tele Caller will also be required to record details of each conversation and update customer information in the database. Additionally, the candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers.
2. Follow call scripts and engage customers in meaningful conversations.
3. Promote services to potential customers.
4. Record details of conversations and update customer information in the database.
5. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
6. Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
7. Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Previous experience in a telemarketing or customer service role is a plus.
3. Ability to follow call scripts and maintain a friendly and engaging tone.
4. Proficiency in using Excel, Word.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
6. Results-driven and able to meet call quotas and sales targets.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
