Role & responsibilities
• Deliver best in class customer service experience by phone in an Inbound Campaign. Customer service or Retention or Renewal experience is preferred.
• Understand customers demand and needs to find most suitable product/solution
• Successfully achieve positive outcomes
• Deliver against KPIs
• Ability to overcome customer objections
• Maintain a good product knowledge across all our brands
• IT literate, able to take inbound calls whilst navigating multiple software systems

• Excellent oral & written communication
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Influencing and persuading skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Self-motivated and driven to provide excellent customer experience
• Team working, building relationships across the organization
