Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints through effective problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Build strong customer relationships through empathy and understanding.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and track issues.
• Meet performance metrics, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and customer relationship management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
