: Customer Care Executive - US Inbound International Voice Process

Role Overview

We are hiring for a US-based Inbound International Voice Process. This is a customer care role where candidates will handle inbound queries from US-based customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to services and products.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements for handling sensitive information.
• Document customer interactions and update internal systems accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet process and performance targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education:
• Graduates (Freshers) are eligible to apply.
• Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of documented work experience in any field may apply.
• Undergraduate freshers are not eligible.
• Communication:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle conversations with international customers professionally and confidently.
• Experience:
• Freshers with the above-mentioned criteria are welcome.
• Candidates with 1+ years of experience in an international voice process are preferred and can earn up to ?35,000/month.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and systems is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Package:
• Freshers: ?20,000 - 27,000 CTC per month
• Experienced candidates (1+ years in international voice process): ?30,000 - 35,000 CTC per month
• Work Days: 5 days a week
