Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at resolving customer queries and issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Candidates with prior experience in telecom customer care processes will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats to address queries and concerns promptly.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring first-call resolution wherever possible.
• Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
• Work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and maintaining service quality standards.
3.Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
