? Experience in inbound and out bound call process.
? Answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information
? Customer service specialist with people persons
? Recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as action taken.
? Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers
request/complaints.
? Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department or department
head.
? Email writing experience will be an added advantage

? Good written and oral communication skills (Hindi & English)

? Willing to work on rotational offs
