Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to gather feedbacks.
• Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and call quality standards to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in tele calling or a related sales/customer service role.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
