• Customer Interaction :
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Issue Resolution :
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex cases to higher levels if necessary.
• Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Record Maintenance :
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Document queries, complaints, and resolutions for reference and analysis.
• Process Adherence :
• Follow standard procedures and guidelines to provide consistent support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service-level agreements.
• Customer Retention :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services during interactions.
