We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to help generate sales and build customer relationships by closing deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers to promote products/services using provided scripts.
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns.
- Understand customer needs to close sales effectively.
- Refer prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Update customer information and process orders accurately.
- Handle customer complaints to uphold the company's reputation.
- Work towards meeting sales targets and contribute to future growth.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities.
Requirements and Skills:
- Interest in telesales or sales/customer service roles.
- Ability to meet sales goals, preferably over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems (preferred).
- Quick learner, able to explain products/services clearly.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay calm under pressure.
