Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in the solid waste management sector . The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints efficiently, and providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a similar role within the solid waste management industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
Complaint Resolution:
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and ensure follow-up until resolution.
CRM Management:
• Utilize CRM software to log, track, and manage customer interactions and service requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Service Coordination:
• Liaise with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
• Proactively communicate with customers about service updates or changes.
Reporting:
• Generate and analyze customer service reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs and concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role; experience in the solid waste management industry is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers with professionalism.
Team player with a customer-centric attitude.
Salary: ?15000-?18000
Note: A candidate with previous experience in Solid Waste Management firm will be preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
