Position Overview :
As Customer Care and B2B Executive for Beauty Supplements, you will play a pivotal role in providing customer delight to the beauty and wellness industry. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer queries and following up on online leads
Key Responsibilities :
• Following up on leads for the same provided by our online platforms.
• Answering customer queries both from online platforms ( whatsapp) and on phone calls.
• Well-spoken, pleasing person who can understand the product, and requirements of dermatologists and convert them into sales.
