Our services include Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS), micro-ATM services, Recharge and Bill Payments, Cash Management Services (CMS), and other banking services. We provide an app-based tool for mobile recharge and bill payments, with a focus on urban, rural, micro rural, and under-banked populations. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Noida, India for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and effective communication. The role also involves sales activities to promote our services and solutions.
Qualifications
• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Effective communication skills
• Sales experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Previous experience in the fintech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Pay: ?14,961.42 - ?29,878.83 per month
