Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.

Escalate unresolved issues to the customer service manager.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the Ticketing software.

Ensure all customer data are handled confidentially and comply with company policies.

Offer solutions tailored to the customer's needs while adhering to guidelines.

Schedule 'Customer Hiring' Interviews promptly by phone, email, chat, or social media.

Keep a close track of Customer Hiring initiatives and keep the reports up-to-date.

Actively involve in 'Customer Hiring' interviews to gather and document customer feedback that helps to the improvement of the services and products offered at SurveyHeart.

Translate the Telugu and Hindi feedback to the English text for the team's understanding.

Schedule customer hiring interviews to understand their requirements and pain points.

Promote the sales of yearly plans - Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi is a must.

Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

Proficiency in using Zoho Desk software and other relevant tools.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and other Google products.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in Spoken Telugu, Hindi and English is very essential

Familiarity with Zoho Desk

Location and Shifts:

Willingness to Work on a shift basis and to work on Weekends.

Comp. off of 2 days will be provided(5 days a week)

Should be able to relocate to Hyderabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
