Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Female Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic team
Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years
Requirements:
• Excellent proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Both experienced professionals and freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work well in a team-Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Address and resolve customer service inquiries with professionalism and empathy.-
• Collaborate with sales teams to support lead conversions
• The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing customer support, enhancing customer experience, handling customer service inquiries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
